Single Item View
We want to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible when you use EdgeRover™. Your contents in EdgeRover have the options to be shown in different views, such as Widgets, search results and Collections, and in different ways, such as in lists and thumbnail grids.
How it works
Wherever you see a file, tap it to open a special view called Single Item View. You’re shown a large, high-quality preview of a file, and can either play a movie or audio file, get more information about the file, or perform actions with it.
A menu is shown at the bottom of the screen, where you can add a description, Add to collection

icon. The actions listed in
icon depend on the type of file. Tap the preview to
go into fullscreen mode. You can zoom in by double-tapping or reverse pinching on the file in view. To zoom out, double
tap again or pinch in on the file in view.
Preview issues
Sometimes a file preview can’t be shown, and your screen shows the message “Unable to preview this file.” If the file type is unsupported, your screen shows “Unsupported file type.” If that’s the case, an Open in button is provided, so you can use a third-party app to view the file. The menu is still available when there are preview issues, which allows you to perform actions depending on the type of file.
