Device is offline

In EdgeRover™, you might have onboarded multiple network-attached storage (NAS) devices with a single email address. In the Sources tab, your list of devices has online and offline statuses. Check the following if your device status is offline:

  • The NAS device is powered on.
  • The device is connected to the network.
  • The LED is stable or blinking.
