Manual Collections
When you create a traditional photo or video album, it's historical and deeply personal to you and your family’s past, but it takes a lot of time. You can have that same experience with Manual Collections, but in a fraction of the time. Plus, you can share your favorite memories with all the special people in your life!
It’s like digital scrapbooking, where you can create your own collection of any cataloged item, which can include photos, videos, music, recipes, receipts, and office documents. Unlike Automatic Collections, you decide how to group your items.
To create a Manual Collection, navigate to My Collections from the Home tab, and then tap the Plus 
icon. Then, you can:
- Add photos, videos, and documents from your phone or storage device.
- Add a title, description, and cover photo to assist finding the collection later.
- Sort alongside other collections by the date created or the date added.
- Share your content with those you choose.
- Add Likes and Comments (only applies to collections with photos and videos)
Note: A Manual Collection is unlike a folder in that content in it might be included in multiple Collections. This is because Collections only contain references to the actual file, not the file itself, which may be on a device that's not currently connected.
Tip: A Manual Collection is a file grouping that you create, so gather related items that make sense to you. Name them appropriately, so you can find the Collection effortlessly at a later date.
