Add items to a collection
With EdgeRover™, you can add items to a Collection several ways. They are:
Single item view
A single item view offers you a large, high-quality preview of a file, where you save the file to a camera roll, open it in your phone file viewer, get more file information, or perform actions with that file. One of the available actions is to add the file to a Collection.
Collections content view
Another way to add to a collection is to open the Collection first, and then add files to it.
- Tap the Home tab, and then tap the Collection where you want to add files.
- Tap the Plus
icon located at the bottom of the
screen. - Tap Storage drive or Mobile to select the source for the file you'd like to add.
- Select the files you'd like to add to the Collection.
- Tap the Add to Collection
icon. - EdgeRover notifies you of the number of items added to your Collection.
Selecting items
The final way to add to a Collection is to select multiple items at one time through the Home or Files tab.
- On the Home tab, tap Categories or Widgets. Alternatively, you can do this from files you see in the Files tab.
- Tap and hold to enable Selection Mode and select files you'd like to add.
- Tap the Add to Collection icon located
at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Done to save your information. EdgeRover notifies you how many files were added to which Collection.
